1️⃣ Your Purchases & SSB Loans:
SSB loans require proof of civil service employment (6+ months).
Prices may change slightly due to taxes or supplier costs. We will always strive to share all the details about prices, installments, and other associated costs, if any.
You’re responsible for providing accurate info for loan approvals.
2️⃣ Warranties:
Most products have a 1-year warranty (exceptions apply).
Warranties cover manufacturing faults, not damage from accidents or misuse. And do feel free to ask our teams about where you can redeem your warranty for various products.
3️⃣ Returns & Refunds:
Return of unused/unopened/ faulty items within 2 days for a refund after checking with Warranty Centres if we can’t fix the product.
Defective products? Contact us within 2 days for repair/replacement.
4️⃣ Delivery & Risk:
Free delivery nationwide (excludes remote areas and applies to specified products).
Once delivered, you’re responsible for the product.
5️⃣ SSB Loan Repayments:
Late payments may lead to penalties or loan cancellation.
Loan terms are final once approved by SSB.
6️⃣ Legal Stuff:
Zimbabwean laws apply to all transactions.
If there are any disputes, We’ll try to resolve them amicably first.
